New Club Crest Marks Start of New Era

21st Jun 2023

Hi everyone,

You’ll have seen over recent days we’ve started to share out & about our new club badge.

This has been in the thought bank for sometime after we found throughout the club we have about five maybe six variations of the badge in use in various places and guises.

The main point for us to share at this time is this transition will take a few years. We know many adult and junior kits are still ‘active and even recently ordered’ with the previous badges on.  So there is no stress required on that front - we know this change will take time.

Our key priority is to utilise the new crest and ‘new look’ to boost the commercial aspect of the club and improve our appeal to businesses wishing to collaborate with and partner our club as we move forward.

We’re delighted with the response to the new badge and, along with the layout and format of the website, we’ll be looking at refreshing whatever we can over this next period of time.

As we approach the pre-season for all of our 30+ adult and junior sides we thank everyone for your unwavering support.  It is so appreciated and a massive reassurance to all of the volunteers that we’re a club heading in the right direction.

The Committee
